What is an operations assessment?
Think of it as a holistic review of your current context, with particular attention to your strategic objectives, current issues, pain points, risks and ideas. The point of the assessment is to map out your operations and create a baseline from which we can make recommendations for improvement.
How does Firefly Strategic Consulting do an operations assessment?
We start with learning as much as we can about your organization, through interviews and a document review. We speak with your team – both with leadership and with the individuals involved in key processes – to learn how the team works, goals, issues, opportunities and ideas.
From there, we create a report outlining your current state, by function, and provide recommendations for solutions and services to help you meet your objectives. A prioritized timeline is also included, to guide a smooth and iterative implementation.
What about after the assessment?
That’s up to you – you can take the report and run with it yourselves, or if you’d like help with the implementation, we can do that too.
